Description of House: The apartment is located just a few blocks from the Universidad de Belgrano, near hundreds of stores and different means of transportation like subways, trains and buses. It is very convenient for the students, because it is also near the ISA Office and the houses of other students. It is a very safe area. The apartment is on the third floor. It is very comfortable and luminous. There is a big living room, 3 bedrooms, a nice kitchen with a dining area and a laundry area. It has 2 bedrooms for the students. One room has a bed, a large closet, a desk, a night table and a couple of chairs. There´s also a private bathroom, but will share the main bathroom with Elena and Gustavo for showering. The second room has a bed, a desk and the closet too.

Description of Host Family: You will be living with Gustavo and his wife Elena. Both are pretty active and play tennis on weekends. Elena is a homemaker and Gustavo runs his own company of vending machines. They have been hosting international student since 2007. They really like doing this and respect any preference students may have. They are a very relaxed family and like doing this, giving students enough freedom and making them feel at home! They are a very social family so you should never feel bored. This is a great family who wants you to have a good experience. Your laundry will be done once a week. If you want to have friends over, you should check with your family first. There is no curfew and you will have your own key to the house. You may be allowed to make local and long distance calls from the house only with your phone card, but you should check with them first. The family keeps the house very clean and they would like you to help with some house chores, like keeping your bedroom neat and clean. You should definitely enjoy your stay here!
